Service Description

QuestionCrafter is an AI-powered tool that helps users refine and explore questions through simulated expert perspectives. The service:

• Uses artificial intelligence to generate responses
• Provides educational and exploratory value
• Does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI responses
• Is not a substitute for professional advice

User Responsibilities

When using QuestionCrafter, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent rate limits
• Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Not use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Respect other users when contributing to the Question Library
• Not submit secrets, confidential information, or personal data that you do not have permission to process

Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of questions you submit. By sharing to the Question Library, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, moderate, and display that contribution publicly until it is removed.
• AI Responses: AI-generated content is provided for your use but may not be unique. Similar responses may be generated for other users.
• Our Service: The QuestionCrafter application, design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

Usage Limits

• Users without an account: 3 generation requests per pseudonymous network identifier
• Signed-in free users: 100 generation requests
• Subscribed users and verified administrators may have unlimited access, subject to abuse controls
• Rate limits apply to prevent abuse
• Retries that reuse the same valid request ID do not consume another quota unit
• We reserve the right to modify limits at any time

Public Features

• Library submissions are pending until approved and may be rejected or removed.
• Leaderboard participation is optional and disabled by default.
• Do not publish a journey that contains private or third-party confidential information.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
